Position Details

• Position: Assembly Operator

• Location: Northwest Houston

• Industry: Global leader in nailed wooden reel manufacturing (73+ years)

• Pay Rate: Starting at $14.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Occasional Saturdays & overtime available

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

What You’ll Do

• Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels

• Use hand tools, measuring tapes, and rulers to ensure accuracy

• Weigh, label, and tag completed products

• Apply grease for waterproofing and durability

• Perform quality checks to meet production standards

• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (not required)

• Dependable and punctual with strong attendance habits

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety

• Physically able to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment

• Committed to showing up, working hard, and growing with the company
