Assembly Operator — Server Manufacturing | Olive Branch, MS
Pay: $16.50–$18.50/hr + Saturday bonus pay

Build the servers that power modern data centers. We're hiring Assembly Operators for our Olive Branch facility — steady hours, weekly pay, and full benefits from day one of eligibility.

What You'll Do:

• Unpack and assemble chassis and server components with precision and attention to quality.
• Install and replace brackets, labels, and small components.
• Run assembly operations across multiple product lines efficiently and accurately.
• Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines.
• Use power screwdrivers and support recycling/material handling tasks.

What You Need:

• 6+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working on ladders; good manual dexterity.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately.
• High school diploma or GED.

Shifts & Pay:

• AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM — $16.50/hr
• PM Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM — $18.50/hr (shift differential)
• Saturday bonus pay available
