Openwork is hiring dependable Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Northwest Houston. This company produces high-quality wooden reels used around the world and is known for its team-oriented environment and long-term opportunities.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wooden components into finished products
• Use basic hand tools and measuring devices
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Label, tag, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
