Assembly Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Required as needed, including occasional 12-hour weekend shifts

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accuracy and quality
• Weigh, label, and tag finished products for shipment
• Apply grease to reels for waterproof protection
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• Support additional production and warehouse tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when production demands increase
