Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler/Packer II to join our growing team! In this role, you'll perform a variety of hands-on tasks including assembling, packaging, and inspecting products based on engineering drawings and customer specifications. This is a dynamic position where you'll rotate across different workstations and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package products and sub-assemblies with minimal supervision

• Inspect and apply labels, palletize items for final shipment

• Ensure compliance with safety standards; correct any hazards before operating

• Requisition and inspect packaging materials

• Perform final product inspection using blueprints and engineering specs

• Use a quality stamp to certify that QA processes are complete

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace; assist in common area upkeep

• Collaborate with other team members and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering specifications

• Experience with basic measuring tools for inspections

• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
