Openwork is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler/Packer II to join our growing team! In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and inspecting products to meet precise engineering drawings and customer specifications. You’ll rotate through various workstations and play a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package products and sub-assemblies with minimal supervision

• Inspect, label, and palletize items for final shipment

• Ensure safety standards are met; proactively correct any hazards

• Requisition and inspect packaging materials

• Perform final product inspections using blueprints and engineering specifications

• Apply quality stamp to certify completion of QA processes

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; assist in common area upkeep

• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications

• Proficiency with basic measuring tools used in inspections

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
