Position Details

• Role: Assembly Operator

• Location: Northwest Houston

• Industry: Global leader in nailed wooden reel manufacturing (73+ years of success)

• Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

• Type: Temp-to-Hire with long-term potential

• Pay Cycle: Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

• Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels

• Use hand tools, measuring tapes, and rulers to ensure precision

• Weigh, label, and tag completed products

• Apply grease for waterproofing and durability

• Conduct quality checks to meet production standards

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment
