Wooden Reels- Assembler
Location: Marston, MO | Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour | Shift: Day Shift: 7:00 AM start – must be available for up to 12-hour shifts

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced  Assemblers (2)  to join our manufacturing team in Marston, MO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the production of wooden reels and be proficient in operating a sit-down forklift. This role is responsible for supporting daily production goals, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and leading by example on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble wooden reels following detailed work instructions and production drawings

• Perform quality checks to verify accuracy and durability of assembled reels

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Report any material or production issues to the supervisor promptly

• Support production goals and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

• Monitor workflow and provide guidance or training as needed.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily operations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in wooden reel production or similar woodworking environment preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
