Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM start (must be available for up to 12-hour shifts)

Position Overview
Openwork is seeking experienced Assemblers to join a manufacturing team producing wooden reels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a production environment.

If you have experience in woodworking or manufacturing and are comfortable operating equipment such as forklifts and hand tools, this opportunity offers stability and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wooden reels using work instructions and production drawings
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and durability
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Support daily production goals and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Report material or production issues promptly
• Assist with workflow coordination and team support as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in wooden reel production or similar woodworking/manufacturing environment preferred
• Forklift experience (sit-down) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
