Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a highly skilled Temporary AP Specialist in Monticello, GA. In this detail-oriented and impactful role, you will be responsible for supporting a multi-period AP cleanup project and contributing to accurate, high-quality financial operations. In a Temporary AP Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:
Processing invoices in NetSuite and Concur with accuracy and speed
Correcting multi-period cut-off errors and supporting AP cleanup activities
Coding transactions across multi-entity/location/class/department structures
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
What you’ll need:
Strong NetSuite AP experience (must have)
Concur invoice processing experience
Understanding of multi-entity/location/class/department coding
Experience correcting period cut-off errors and performing vendor reconciliations
Restaurant accounting experience (nice to have)

Pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience
