Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a contract-to-hireAPCost Control Representative for a company located in Clear Lake (77058). We are looking for a candidate that possesses a comprehensive knowledge of cost allocation, is very organized, highly efficient and accurate. They must be able to keep track of outstanding issues with various parties and persons, both within the organization and beyond.
As an APCost Control Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
Allocating purchase invoices
Verify invoiced amounts against cost accruals in Monitor
Investigate found discrepancies against vendor rate agreements
Internal querying
External disputing
Communicate discrepancies on quote level with the Sales department
Provide back-up during absence or when workload requires for a team member appointed by Manager
Other duties as specified from time to time by Management
What you’ll need:
3+ years of AP or cost allocating
2 - 5 years work experience in transport or maritime industry
Spanish bilingual is a huge plus
Perks:
Salary: $25-28/hr
