The primary role of the accounting administrator is to support the accounting department by performing basic bookkeeping tasks and administrative duties to help further the efficiency, accuracy, and preparation of financial documents in the accounting department.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•High level of data entry
•Entering A/P invoices
•Entering basic journal entries
•Scanning and filing documents •Maintaining accuracy of reports and documents
•Opening Mail
•Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent data entry skills
•Exceptional time management abilities
•Effective communication skills verbal and written.
•Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Prior experience in accounting position is beneficial

Pay: $20 to $22/hr

Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM
