Administrative Support Coordinator
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Long Term Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday | On-site
Pay: $30.00 per hour
A leading global chemical manufacturing and research company is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join their team in The Woodlands.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain reports, procedures, presentations, and departmental records
• Manage databases, SharePoint sites, and internal documentation
• Process purchase requisitions and goods receipts using SAP or similar systems
• Coordinate with Procurement and Accounts Payable regarding invoices and purchases
• Schedule meetings, workshops, conference rooms, and travel arrangements
• Support office operations including mail distribution, office supplies, printers/copiers, and facility coordination
• Maintain safety records, SDS documentation, contractor logs, and compliance-related files
• Assist with special projects and provide backup administrative support as needed
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and complete required company training
Qualifications:
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Cora, or similar enterprise systems preferred
• Experience with SharePoint or content management systems strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
