Scanning Clerk / Receptionist – HR Department
Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Half-day Fridays)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Scanning Clerk / Receptionist to support a busy Human Resources department during a high-volume project period. This role will handle confidential HR documentation, assist with front office reception duties, and provide overflow administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scan, organize, and maintain confidential HR documents, including candidate and employee records
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and manage front desk reception duties
- Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) for incoming calls and walk-ins
- Assist HR team with overflow administrative tasks and data entry
- Support general office operations as needed during high-volume workload periods
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in an office, HR, or administrative support role preferred
- Familiarity with handling confidential or sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
