We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant  to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves handling incoming calls, assisting customers, dispatching work orders, and coordinating with field crews to ensure efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls; assist with customer inquiries
  • Dispatch work orders to field crews and monitor communications
  • Create, process, and track work orders and reports
  • Maintain filing systems and process incoming mail and invoices
  • Order materials and coordinate between field crews and contractors
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of customer service or office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Location: Baytown, TX
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Duration: 2-month assignment (potential for extension)
