Openwork is hiring for one of our local partners in Midland, NC. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our logistics and order processing operations. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and timely flow of orders—from initial entry to final delivery. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, coordinating and scheduling freight, managing invoicing, handling documentation for shipments, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
Manage invoicing, ensuring all billing details are accurate and processed in a timely manner
Prepare and organize shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related documentation
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the office operations
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience in administrative, logistics, or order processing roles (1+ years preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with shipping and freight coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
