In an Accounts Payable position you’ll be responsible for:
- Process incoming AP invoices with PO matching
- Issue weekly reimbursements to employees
- Issue weekly vendor payments
- Set up new vendors in ERP
- Maintain AP vendor files for W9 Compliance
- Process monthly Corporate credit card expenses
Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP system, preferably Netsuite
- Ability to Multitask
- Previous AP experience
This is a TEMPORARY position.
Pay:$24/HR
Hours: 20 hours a week (Flexible schedule)
