Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage vendor records in QuickBooks Enterprise
Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing tasks related to payables
Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation
Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions & payments
Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience using QuickBooks Enterprise
Strong background in Accounts Payable
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate:
$20-23/Hour
