Job Title: Accounting Clerk 
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4-day workweek)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position will support daily accounting operations with a focus on accounts payable, general clerical accounting tasks, and some payroll assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices, verify coding, and prepare payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and general accounting support as needed
• Support payroll processing 
• Maintain accurate financial files, records, and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or similar role preferred
• Basic payroll knowledge or experience assisting with payroll processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll software
