Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find an attentive Accountant in Pasadena, TX. In this essential and dynamic role, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of AP and AR. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. As an Accountant you’ll be responsible for:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Process invoices, collections, and follow up on past-due balances
Prepare and issue manual checks, ACH, and wire payments
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
Perform basic banking activities and reconciliations
Transmit weekly crew time sheets for payroll processing
Update and track weekly budgets in Smartsheet
Ensure vendor bills are paid within agreed payment terms
Prepare monthly Workers’ Compensation reports
Coordinate group health insurance administration
Review and process employee expense reports
Manage annual renewals for state contractor licenses and vehicle registrations/inspections
What you’ll need:
Heavy QuickBooks Online experience
Construction industry experience
Salary:
$50K-$60K
