Openwork is currently hiring an Account Manager in Griffin, GA for a growing team. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated to deliver high-quality service and solutions to customers.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with an established base of customer accounts

• Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership teams to evaluate customer needs and deliver accurate, effective solutions

• Preparing and delivering customer quotes directly and through an outside agent network

• Monitoring market trends and competition, and communicating insights to Sales leadership and management

• Supporting sales forecasting and market planning with internal teams and agents

• Assisting with cross-territory coverage and team support as needed

• Contributing ideas and strategies to stay proactive and competitive in the market

• Partnering with all departments to ensure quality standards and superior customer service are consistently met

• Occasional travel for trade shows, customer visits, meetings, or conferences

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

• Analytical mindset to evaluate customer needs and market trends

• Experience preparing quotes and managing customer accounts (preferred)

• Professionalism, organization, and a proactive approach to problem solving

Pay & Benefits:

• $50,000 – $55,000 per year
