Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Manufacturing Operator for a warehouse facility located in Del Valle, Texas. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks to meet production standards. 

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Review “Job Board” prior to running production. 
• Attended molding press and associated equipment (or assembly equipment) per company safety, quality and production requirements.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Perform tasks associated with production line operations, including material handling and assembly.
• Follow established procedures and specifications to meet production goals. Inspect products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations. Report any issues regarding the line production to team lead.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies.
• Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures. Other duties may be assigned. 

What you’ll need:

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, automotive industry is a plus!

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and correspondence

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Perks:

• Pay $17.00 per hour for the first 40 hours worked; $25.50 per hour for hours worked over 40

• 2nd Shift: Work Monday through Thursday 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (Friday and weekend OT required, with notice)

• Stable full-time hours - Overtime Hours built into schedule,12 hour shifts, 4 days per week
