4/12 Schedule - Forklift Operator

Pay: $20.00-21.00/ hr (depending on shift)

Location: Del Valle, TX

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Mon – Thu, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: Mon – Thu, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  (Friday & weekend overtime shifts available if you want to stack extra cash!)

With our 4/12 schedule, you work 4 days and get 3 full days off every single week—plus automatic overtime built right into your standard schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take the Wheel: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials across the warehouse.

• Keep Operations Sharp: Transport products to and from storage areas, staging zones, and delivery trucks.

• Inspect & Protect: Perform daily equipment safety checks and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.

• Pitch In: Assist with order picking, packing, inventory organizing, and team warehouse duties when needed.

What You’ll Need

• Prior sit-down and stand-up forklift operating experience (required).

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout a 12-hour shift.

• Sharp eye for detail and an absolute commitment to safety rules.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• A great attitude and strong team-player mindset.
