Openwork is seeking reliable Forklift Operators (Line Drivers) to safely transport materials throughout the warehouse and production facility. This role includes loading and unloading materials, supplying production lines, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with general warehouse duties while following all safety procedures.

Pay: $16.50/hour with excellent opportunities for advancement and career growth.

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. as needed
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Wear required PPE and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
• Assist with general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned
• Pass a forklift written and practical certification test
• Provide professional customer service and work effectively with others
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Rotating Shifts (Must be available for all shifts):

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
