Openwork is hiring an experienced Shipping Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, moving materials safely throughout the facility, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Previous shipping forklift experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Wear required PPE and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meet productivity goals, including loading a minimum of 9 containers per day
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
