Location: Houston, TX 77092
Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Openwork is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for a growing production facility in Houston. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment, including heat sealers and band sealers
- Label, pack, and assemble products according to specifications
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Prepare materials for production runs
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Experience operating packaging equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
