Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM (Overtime required as needed)
                  Must be able to work 12 hours weekends if necessary

Position Overview
Openwork is hiring an experienced General Laborer to support a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in handling large or oversized materials in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep work area safe and clean.
• Produce wood products.
• Perform work in high production assembly line facility.

Qualifications:

Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support team coordination and workplace safety

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to follow specification sheets 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive and non-climate-controlled environment
