Pay: $19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime required as needed)
                  Must be able to work 12 hours weekends if necessary

Position Overview
Openwork is hiring an experienced Assembler to support a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in handling large or oversized materials in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels

• Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure proper assembly and accuracy

• Weigh, label, and tag finished products for shipment

• Apply grease to reels to provide waterproof protection

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with additional production or warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive and non-climate-controlled environment
