Our partner in Concord, NC is seeking Bilingual General Laborers (English/Spanish) to support production, material handling, and warehouse operations. These are full-time, long-term opportunities offering a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, competitive pay, and a stable manufacturing environment.

About the Role

The Bilingual General Laborer plays a key role in daily production and warehouse support. This position involves material handling, basic assembly, equipment assistance, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates with forklift experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general production and assembly tasks

• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility

• Support warehouse operations; forklift experience preferred

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow verbal and written instructions in English and Spanish

• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

• Perform basic quality checks and report issues to supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift, move, and stand for 10-hour shifts

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish

• Forklift experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, $15/hr
