Picking & Packing Associate 
Pay Rate: $14/hr
Location: Austin, TX

Openwork is currently engaged in finding Picking/Packing Associates in Austin, TX to support Shop LC’s warehouse operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick items from shelves accurately according to order slips.

• Pack products carefully to ensure safe transport and delivery.

• Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment.

• Keep packing stations and warehouse areas clean and organized.

• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required.
