Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Textile Customer Service Manager in Duncan, SC. As a Textile Customer Service Manager, you will be managing the technicians and assisting the sales teams.  Candidate will also provide the sales information to potential and existing customers.

Responsibilities for this Textile Service Manager job include:

  • Ensure activities are properly recorded in CRM according to the rules set up. 

  • Keep track of spare parts inventory and re-order points.

  • Stay up-to-date and informed about equipment latest services.

  • Managing and keeping current customer accounts in CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical or Electrical BA Degree or 5+ years of mechanical service management related experience.

  • SAP experience required.

  • Read and interpret electrical, mechanical prints and related technical documentation.

  • Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful.

  • Must have valid driver's license, valid passport (or able to get one), willing to travel 10-25%
    (extended international travel)

Shift & Schedule: First Shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

This is a perm placement with salary:  $70,000/year.
