Our Client in Central Austin is adding a Technical Account Manager to their team. This onsite role is a key role as you're the voice of the company, you're ahead of the game, a cheerleader, customer advocate and miracle worker all at the same time! Work with well known and
established industry giants, build relationships and understand long term goals on both sides of the table.
Ideal qualifications include:
4 yr degree in engineering or material science industry specific experience may replace education
5 yrs experience in a technical role, or as an account manager managing a leading edge Manufacturing
Strong negotiation skills
Customer focused, driven to deliver an amazing product and customer experience
Ability to communicate with technical and non technical teams
During your day you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, work with customers to identify needs, provide solutions,
review and understand technical specifications, provide reports to company management and assist with forecasting.
