Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a direct hire Outside Sales for a company located in Duluth (30096). In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our markets by cold calling or with supplied leads within the United States and Canada. This role is 90% travel across the US and Canada.

As an Outside Sales you’ll be responsible for:

• Drive business development and sales growth within assigned territory.
• Prospect and develop new customers across precast, quarry, food processing, OEM, and distribution markets.
• Execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM and internal sales tools.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide technical solutions, demonstrations, and training.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including budget reviews and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.

What you’ll need:

• Mechanical or electrical background, ongoing training will be provided
• 5+ years of outside sales experience
• SAP experience is a plus
