Openwork has partner with a growing company who is seeking a professional Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing team. 

The sales manager will represents the companies growing brand within assigned customers while ensuring the strength of sales channels and go-to-market strategies for each market. 

Salary: $66,000-100,000 

Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday over time as need to complete job duties.

Key Accountabilities: 

Develop relationships at all levels in assigned markets. 

Achieve budgeted booking and profitability goals. 

Drive specifications into the market 

Develop and maintain localized in intelligence through field touches. 

Job Functions: 

Develop & maintain business with customers. 

Provide strategies and work closely with marketing regarding strategies and engagement with industry events. 

Plan, organize and adapt sales strategies working with VP Sales & Marketing 

Drive specifications into the market that align with our capabilities, capacities, and strategies 

Ensure a strong, effective market share of products and services by providing direction and information on the products and related services. 

Analyze customer and competitive situations, customer’s business issues and interests, and generate a strategy that will achieve business objectives. 

Keep well informed of industry changes, participate in prime markets and continually work to improve sales techniques and team knowledge. 

Oversee the development and sustaining of sales relationships with key decision-makers and influencers through all levels of management. 

Generate market demand. 

Expedite the resolution of customer issues/complaints. 

Travel up to 50% throughout the USA 

Knowledge, Experience and Skills: 

Prefer 5 + years of experience with contractor or distribution sales, business to business sales or marketing and /or business content development in a technical setting. 

Confident driven, and dynamic, producing high-quality results with minimal amount of management or direction 

Proficient knowledge in interpreting technical specifications and/or mechanical drawings 

Must be able to handle multiple internal and external demands simultaneously
