Seeking a Purchasing Assistant in Georgetown**, TX**

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Purchasing Assistant in Georgetown**, TX**.  In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing purchasing requests for accuracy and completion prior to moving them forward in the purchasing process. This is a long-term temporary project expected to go run from October to December. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Review incoming purchasing requests
• Verify that the requests are complete and accurate
• Send requests back to requestor for corrections if needed, or advance if complete and correct
• Other clerical tasks as needed

What you’ll need:

• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read and write, and follow detailed written instructions
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Selected candidates will be required to pass all pre-hire employment checks, which may include a criminal background check and drug screening

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour, depending on experience
