Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include: 

● Maintain an accurate report through updates and necessary adjustments.

● Performing activities in Excel 

● Manage Open Order Report with accurate information provided daily.

● Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.

Qualifications: 

● Prior administrative experience 

● Attention to detail 

Prior Planning experience in a manufacturing environment is a PLUS, but not a requirement.
