In a Process Improvement Engineer job you’ll be responsible for:

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost, and efficiency.

• Lead and support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.

• Analyze engineering and production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Support new product development, new technologies, equipment installation, and plant layout projects.

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and other teams to implement process improvements.

• Help reduce waste, improve throughput, and optimize manufacturing operations.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

• Manufacturing or textile manufacturing experience preferred.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Pareto Analysis, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical process improvements.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
