Schedule 

1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm overtime as needed 

Salary  

$41,600-50,000 

Job Description 

Participate in Preventative Maintenance and repair of the production machinery as needed per work orders.  

Perform repairs and maintenance as needed to keep downtime to a minimum. 

Establish electrical maintenance procedures and scheduling on both new and existing machine. 

Troubleshoot any equipment problems that an operator my be experiencing. 

Work with outside electrical vendors on electrical problems that may exist with present and new equipment 

Work as a team member or with other maintenance personnel, production personnel and management to improve productivity and reduce equipment downtime 

Incorporate new ideas to improve present process and efficiency of present equipment and new equipment 

Provide technical advise and assistance in the installation and maintenance of electrical and pneumatic control systems on present and new equipment  

Prepare and maintain accurate control diagrams for all existing and new equipment 

Make recommendations regarding corrections to recurring equipment failures  

Maintain, repair, replace, diagnose and install a wide variety of electronic equipment and assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment  

Have a good working knowledge of control electronics with include drives and PLC's 

Have a solid understanding of mechanical systems (drive systems, pneumatics, hydraulics) 

Requirements 

Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in Electronics and or Associates degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or the equivalent military experience 

Forklift/Power Industrial Truck Safety 

Compressed Gas Cylinders 

Materials Handling Safety
