MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor in the Baytown area.

In this high-impact and collaborative role, you will be responsible for leading a small maintenance team, keeping critical production machinery running smoothly, and working directly with the plant manager to track preventative maintenance schedules. In a Maintenance Supervisor job you’ll be responsible for:

• Repairing electro-mechanical machinery - production, cutting, packaging, etc.
• Manage maintenance inventory tracking, lead parts procurement, and connect with vendors for orders.

• Tracking preventative maintenance to minimize emergency downtime

• Coordinating and overseeing specialized external technicians.
• ???????Handling light building maintenance, as needed.

What you’ll need:

• High personal accountability and a "get the job done" mindset

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics

• Strict commitment to safety protocols (no cutting corners)

• Background in a machine shop, wood shop, or manufacturing environment
