Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend
Shift Lengths: 8-hour and 10-hour options

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform minor machine adjustments (needle changes, string breaks, etc.)

• Report mechanical or production issues to supervisors promptly

• Keep carrier systems clear of tangles and obstructions

• Remove and package finished rolls for shipment

• Operate MDE devices accurately

• Complete production documentation with attention to detail

• Follow company quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
