Logistics Coordinator
Location: League City, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay: $15 - $20/hour
Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking an organized and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator for a growing company. This role combines accounts receivable, logistics, customer service, and product return coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create freight quotes for customers.
- Manage Will-Call schedules and prepare for pickup.
- Continuous filing both hard-copy and electronically.
- Enter purchase orders accurately into QuickBooks.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy.
- Heavy data entry.
- Shipping both domestic and international customer orders.
- Provide customer support by phone and email.
- Assist logistics manager with other necessary tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and support general administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Logistics industry is required
- 1-2 years Logistics, inventory, or customer service experience.
- Strong phone, email, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus!
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail required.
- Willingness to work in a small office environment.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and work both indoors and outdoors due to Will-Call window.
