Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Case Manager job. Â As a Case Manager you will be responsible for assisting homeless and low-income clients to obtain and maintain permanent housing.
Responsibilities of the Case Manager:
Assess clients for program eligibility, completes documentation and enroll client in database
Conduct home inspections
Prepares finance files and requests payments
Conduct monthly home visits to clients' homes to address barriers and provide resources as required
Communicates with Landlords/property managers to get adequate documentation
 Qualifications for the Case Manager:
Bachelors Degree
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Conflict resolution, teamwork and cultural sensitivity
Time management and decision making skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Field work - hybrid
$24.02 an hour
