Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Case Manager job.  As a Case Manager you will be responsible for assisting homeless and low-income clients to obtain and maintain permanent housing.

Responsibilities of the Case Manager:

• Assess clients for program eligibility, completes documentation and enroll client in database

• Conduct home inspections

• Prepares finance files and requests payments

• Conduct monthly home visits to clients' homes to address barriers and provide resources as required

• Communicates with Landlords/property managers to get adequate documentation

 Qualifications for the Case Manager:

• Bachelors Degree

• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

• Conflict resolution, teamwork and cultural sensitivity

• Time management and decision making skills

• Good oral and written communication skills

Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Field work - hybrid

$24.02 an hour
