Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find multiple Fulfillment Associates in South Austin.

Pay: $15-$16/hr depending on experience

Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday

The fulfillment team is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This department is responsible for

• Pick customer orders using an RF scanner 
• Scan the items into a cart containing multiple shipments 
• Scanning locations, item level barcodes, reporting immediately if you can’t 
• Pack inventory from carts to their shipping containers validating each order is correct 
• Close shipments on the scale using Manhattan (our Warehouse Management Software) 

The dress code is casual. Close-toed shoes, jeans or shorts, and a T-shirt work great. There is lots of walking and bending over if you are picking and lots of bending and twisting if you are packing or closing shipments. There is rarely heavy lifting in this department.
