Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Food Service Assistant job in North Austin. As a Food Service Assistant, you will be responsible for serving breakfast and lunch to elementary to high school students. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Food Service Assistant job include:

• Setting up and assisting scholars with breakfast and lunch
• Cleaning up breakfast and lunch (food service area only)
• Organizing and maintaining food service closet and cabinets
• Managing food related paperwork
• Communicating with Office Coordinator regarding food and supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D (required)
• Food Service Card (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Pay Rate: $16/ hr., paid weekly!  

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 1pm CST.  Part-time.  Temporary.
