Revit Designer / Drafter (Residential Design)

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Revit Designer / Drafter for a growing home design team based in Marble Falls, TX. In this role, you’ll support the design and development of custom residential homes by creating detailed construction drawings and collaborating with internal teams. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about residential design.

As a Revit Designer / Drafter, you’ll be responsible for:

• Creating detailed custom home drawings using Revit

• Preparing complete residential construction plan sets

• Interpreting and modifying redlines accurately

• Collaborating with Quality Control and Lead Designer teams

• Managing drafting tasks independently and meeting deadlines

• Communicating clearly and professionally in all formats

What you’ll need:

• Must know how to use Revit (1 year +)

• Knowledge of residential plans and construction drawings preferred

• Ability to read and interpret architectural construction documents

• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
