Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find entry level Dorm Monitors in Austin, TX. In this collaborative and inclusive role, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of residents while performing assigned office tasks. Full and weekend Part time shifts available 3 to 11 pm. In a Dorm Monitor role you’ll be responsible for: 

• Joyfully assisting residents with tasks and questions they may have. 

• Performing intake procedures, light data entry, and answering incoming phone calls.  

• Monitoring the activity and wellbeing of residents in the facility.  

• Maintaining accurate documents and logs while handling sensitive information.              

What you’ll need: 

• Ability to accurately and efficiently maintain important records. 

• Ability to respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly.  

• Ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with a large and diverse group of people.  Previous experience in a related field; preferably customer service, social services, administrative, or building security. 

• High School Diploma or GED required.
