Openwork is working with a manufacturing company in Pflugerville, TX that is looking for a Customer Service Representative in their call center! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making sure the day-to-day operations run as smoothly and effectively as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and answer a high volume of customer calls 
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Taking Orders
  • Responding to customer complaints 
  • Data Entry

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Dependable

Hours:

  • Training - 830-5:15pm M-F 
    • After Training - 7:30am-5pm or 8:30-6pm M-F, OT available! Full-time!
