• One (1) year of collections of large dollar value and escalated accounts required

• Minimum a2 (2) years experience in a customer service/relations/call center and/or banking preferred

• Data Entry/Typing speed of at least 35 correct words per minute

• De-escalation, negotiation, collection or banking experience
