Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery while ensuring high-quality production standards. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to producing precise, accurate work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately

Qualifications:
• Previous CNC machine operation experience required
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
