We are seeking a career-minded individual for the position of CMM Programmer. 

• Create new and correct, modify and rewrite existing CMM inspection programs. • Plan and perform check-piece, in process, and final inspection • Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. • Proven experience/ability with mechanical inspection tools - calipers, optical comparators, bore gages, digital height gages, O.D./I.D. micrometers, indicators, Rockwell hardness testing, gage pins/blocks and microscopes • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Excel • Resolve quality compliance problems with other internal departments • Frequently required to sit, walk, or stand • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard • Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds • Work on Specialized equipment • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School Diploma or associate degree. • Three years of CMM programming experience using MCOSMOS • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CMM programming, inspection, measurement, and fixture development. • 3 to 5 years Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T).
