Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a reliable Warehouse Helper in Atlanta, GA. In this fast-paced and team-oriented role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with material handling in a growing industrial environment. In a Warehouse Helper job you’ll be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining warehouse areas to ensure a safe work environment
  • Stacking, organizing, and preparing pallets for use
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties on the floor (FL)
  • Lifting and moving materials up to 60–75 lbs
  • Following safety protocols and using provided equipment (vests, back braces)
  • Supporting team operations and reporting to site leadership

What you’ll need:

  • Ability to lift 60–75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing
  • Basic English and Spanish communication skills (bilingual required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Willingness to learn equipment operation (Toyota forklift equipment – training provided before use)
  • Reliable and team-oriented mindset

Perks:

  • $16/hour pay rate
  • Monday–Friday schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 1-hour lunch break
