Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Service Technician opportunity for a Heavy Industrial Equipment Supplier and Logistics Company in Duluth, Ga. As a Service Technician you will be responsible for providing technical repair and service work in the field or facility.  Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Service Technician position include:

• Diagnose and repair broken or damaged equipment.  

• Install parts and hardware while ensuring they work correctly and safely. 

• Educate users on best practices for use and maintenance of their equipment.   

• Provide excellent customer service when working with customers.         

Qualifications:

• Strong Mechanical Aptitude. 

• Team Player and Positive Attitude.

• Must be able to travel 2 weeks out of the month. Will travel to different states. 

• Must have clean driving record.

• Must be able to speak fluent English and comfortable interacting with customers. 

• Must have computer literacy and proficient in Excel. 

• Candidates must be open to ground up training. Will work in different departments of the facility to learn and understand the business operations before transitioning to a service technician.
